Workspaces
Every bank you link to TheBooks belongs to a workspace.
When you create a user account on TheBooks, we automatically create your first workspace. You can create additional workspaces at any time.
Create a workspace
- Click the workspace dropdown in the header bar
- Click Add Workspace
Manage workspace settings
Load the workspace settings page to rename your workspace, invite members, or remove members.
Workspace roles and permissions
Whoever created the workspace is the owner. Anyone invited to the workspace is a member.
Members cannot delete a workspace, rename a workspace, invite users, or remove users. They can do everything else including adding banks, removing banks, managing reports, and re-categorizing transactions.
